- Four scoops of chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 c caramel syrup
- 1/4 c toasted pecan pieces
- 1/4 can whip cream 8 Archway Coconut Macaroons
- Place the ice cream scoops in a long glass bowl.
- Pour the caramel over the ice cream.
- Next add the pcans over the caramel.
- Line the edges with the whip cream.
- Cut the cookies in half and place over the whip cream. Enjoy!
